The reason why I created this blog is because I would like to share my knowledge and experience about using castor oil as one of the home remedies to treat my digestive problem and ovarian cysts.

I wouldn't say my ovarian cyst has gone completely but it's getting a lot better and smaller since the last 3 months I checked. So I am grateful to be using castor oil packs.
